According to the European rules, each exit door in public buildings (schools, hospitals, department stores and supermarkets, religious centers, theaters and cinemas, discos, exhibitions, sports centers, shops enterprises, high-rise buildings and all facilities where there is a risk of explosion or fire) should be equipped with a device of emergency exit "Antipanic". 

The main purpose of these devices – is to ensure the immediate and easy opening of the door under the influence of the hands or body without using the key.
