"Smart" ACS based on the INHOVA® SPY SmartAir locks for George Park hotel

The main task of any management of the hotel complex is the proper organization of access control system of guests and staff to the rooms and apartments. Representatives of the Premium Class hotel complex George Park, which has recently opened its doors for guests in the Tarashany village, Hlyboka Raion in the Chernivtsi region, have contacted the Project Managers of Galytskyi LocksMaster shop. The professionals of the shop were gived a complex task: to organize a system of control and monitoring of the access in the hotel complex with online administration; the system must be wireless, based on modern technologies and should provide comfort and convenience for guests of establishment.

Project Managers of the Galytskyi LocksMaster shop have offered to equip rooms of George Park with Spanish locks INHOVA® SPY SmartAir, which operate in the Wireless system. The essence of the Wireless system is in that in some areas of the hotel (for example, on the floor) special wireless lock managing devices are placed (hubs), which react immediately to the changes made on the administrative computer that operates the access rights. Thus, access to INHOVA®SPY SmartAir locks is promptly administered from the server computer. It is a completely wireless system, the cable is only layed from the administrative computer (server) to a lock managing device that can simultaneously manage 30 doors.

With the help of INHOVA® SPY SmartAir Wireless and card locks system the following problems were solved:
• Immediate modification of access rights of any key card user;
• Prevention of the unauthorized access;
• Providing access according to an individual schedule;
• Monitoring of events;
• Remote unlocking of doors in case of emergency;
• Private mode (access denied in the case of the presence of the guest in the room).

Professionals of safety locking advise to use in the access control system the mortise door closers of Japanese production RYOBI®, that provide smooth closing of doors, comfort use, care of heat saving and thanks to the concealed mounting - do not violate the holistic design of doors.
