  NASHplast company started production of sandwich panels with WINSHIELD® PVC film

  
  Ukrainian producers more often choose quality Israeli WINSHIELD® PVC films. Among them is a new partner of SPV Company Ltd. - NASHplast company from Dnepropetrovsk, which is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of window sandwich panels in Ukraine. In addition, NASHplast supplies equipment for production of molded polymer products and equipment for processing PVC, is a manufacturer of aluminum sills and fixations for them for all common PVC window systems. The company also produces its own PVC system, which has no analogues in Ukraine and allows producing outsized arch constructions: greenhouses, awnings, coverings for swimming pools and conservatories by bending the non-standard profile of 13-meter length.
  

  

   

  Recently NASHplast acquired new equipment for laminating and successfully started to laminate sandwich panels. The company is sure that WINSHIELD® PVC film perfectly suits for laminating sandwich panels.

   

  Own lamination allowed the company to expand its product range. Now sandwich panel is made in five basic colors:

  For more demanding customers, NASHplast can manufacture custom sandwich panel in any desired color. Infill panel for metal and aluminum, impervious to light structures are made from high quality rigid PVC sheet: 1.2 mm thickness and extruded with foam polystyrene by cold bonding using one-component polyurethane glue. 

  

  The choice of NASHplast was not accidental, because the WINSHIELD® film has already established itself as at the world market, so at the domestic. WINSHIELD® brand products have unique qualities, including: strength, flexibility, reliability and ease of use. PVC film does not require additional maintenance, while saving the excellent appearance. The existence of an acrylic layer in WINSHIELD® films ensures resistance to the environment. It is insensitive to temperature differences, to cold, heat and moisture. In addition, Israeli PVC foils are protected from fading of color under the influence of harmful ultraviolet radiation, and its wide range of colors are a real boon for designers.
