New premium RYOBI® door closers for extra-large doors

SPV Company Ltd. is pleased to introduce its professional partners a new product on the Ukrainian market - Japanese RYOBI® 1000 series door closers designed for ultra-large and heavy doors, and refer to the premium class.

All lineup of the RYOBI® 1000 series door closers is made in high-tech style ("dark bronze" and white colors) and has a hidden fastening system to the door leaf. The essence of this system is that the door closer is mounted on the mounting plate of special construction and not on the door leaf. Thanks to such mounting all the fixing points and screws are hidden under the body of the closer.

Thus, RYOBI® 1000 series closers can be used not only on the doors for industrial use, but also for individual design solutions for office doors and housing purposes. Thanks to well-defined lines and consistent design, door closers can be harmonious and elegant addition to the doors, decorated with PVC foils VINORIT® with the horizontal design.

All models of RYOBI® 1000 series door closers have 3 speeds of closing (initial, final and last clapping) and the control of the sudden opening Back Check (BC) brake, which is active on the corners from 180° to 80°. Closers are available with standard or universal rods. And also with rods that have the open state fixation.

Specifications of the models:
В1006: Closer of the 6th grade with an additional reserve of the closing force. Made for closing the doors with 1500x2700 mm leaf size and 140 kg weight.
В1007: The ultimate closer, which has a small line dimensions and a large reservoir of closing force, which make it possible to use it for closing the super heavy doors with the leaves dimensions of 2000x3000 mm and weighing up to 250 kg.
В1000V: A door closer with an adjustable closing force from 2 up to 5+ grade with the power reserve for doors with leaves dimensions from 900x2100 mm to 1200hx400 mm and weighing from 45 to 120 kg. Unlike other models in the series, this one has an additional function of slow closing (DA) on the corners from 180° to 70°, which allows you to use this closer on the door where you need to consider:

- Passage of people with disabilities;

- Movement of certain cargo, luggage, strollers and so on;

- Ensuring the safety of people in case of a short delay in the area of the door closing.
