  Seeing is believing: representatives of SPV Company Ltd. saw the technologies of future in RYOBI® industries

  
  4 April a delegation of SPV Company Ltd. representatives visited their partners in Japan - the RYOBI® company, cooperation with which began in 2003. Manager of Sales and Marketing Branch, Department of building hardware Nobumasa Tsukamoto met guests and organized a visit to the main productions of RYOBI® company, located in Hiroshima Prefecture.

   

  RYOBI® Limited since its inception in December 1943, reached considerable success in pressure casting production, and soon the company became the main manufacturer of components for the automotive industry worldwide and Japanese auto concerns. Companies, known for their impeccable reputation trust RYOBI®: Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Hyundai, Daihatsu, Nissan, Suzuki, Ford Motor, General Motors, Volkswagen Group and others. Had accumulated the experience in manufacturing automotive components, company decided to implement innovative technologies also in the building hardware production, in particular door closers.

   

  

   

  Long-term labor to enrich and expand the range of door closers turned the RYOBI® company in one of the largest and most respected manufacturers of quality door closers that are based on the advanced technology of casting and exacting mechanical components.

   

  Representatives of the SPV Company Ltd. visited the factory of pressure casting production - Hiroshima Factory, located in Fuchu, to see the advanced manufacturing with their own eyes. Factory is a fully automated structure equipped with a robot manipulator, what, on the one hand, allow to minimize the interference of the "human factor" in a clearly established process, and on the other - reduces the risks of personnel stay in dangerous conditions.

   

  

   

  RYOBI® factory of door closers production, founded in 1963, is located in Mitsugi. In RYOBI® door closers production, the whole experience in the field of precision casting and casting expertise, machining processing and technologies of stamps manufacturing is used.
