  The best after-sales service specialists from the certified enterprises SKODA in Ukraine are defined during the national phase of the international competition of SKODA Service Challenge 2013. The Championship was held in “Praga Auto na Koltsevoi” dealer center (Kiev) on December 13, organizer - Eurocar LLC. The SPV Company Ltd is an exclusive distributor of anti-theft locks CONSTRUCT in Ukraine, performed as a partner of the Ukrainian national final.

   

  

   

  SKODA Service Challenge is a national and international competition in the field of service of SKODA vehicles. It identifies the best specialists in the categories "Service Advisor" and "Technical specialist". The competition has three stages and is aimed at the definition of theoretical and practical knowledge of the participants. Thus, SKODA specialists are motivated to constantly improve the level of professionalism and quality of service. The set of questions in the national championship concerned additional equipment, including protection of the car against theft. Master was required to submit a range of anti-theft systems, the benefits of each of them and additional services.

   

  

   

  SPV Company Ltd noted the best specialist of anti-theft tools, Mikhail Medvedev, service consultant and warranty specialist from Forward Autocenter, the official dealer of SKODA in Mukachevo. Michael told us that customers of the Forward Autocenter are interested in the principle of anti-theft devices. "Car owners often come with a living example of the effectiveness of their friends’ locks CONSTRUCT. There was a SKODA Octavia A5 driver in my practice, who installed CONSTRUCT and soon it turned out that it was not in vain: somebody tried to steal his car, broke steering wheel, but attackers could not do anything with transmission with a secure lock CONSTRUCT" - Mikhail Medvedev shared his experience.

   

  

   

  The winner of the National Championship on the professional skill of the SKODA Service Challenge 2013 in the nomination "Technical specialist" became Paul Mironenko (DE "Autotrading Odessa"), and first place among service consultants took Stanislav Shvetz ("Autocenter Kiev" LLC). They will represent Ukraine at the international finals of the SKODA Service Challenge 2013-2014, which organizes the SKODA AUTO in the Czech Republic.
