  MUL-T-LOCK® CLIQ® Interactive®+ cylinders received a Certificate of 4th hardiness class

  
  MUL-T-LOCK® CLIQ® cylinders of Israeli production on Interactive®+ key platform, protected with safety fittings of 4 class stability (RC 4), guarantee the protection of the fourth class of hardiness in accordance with EN 1627: 2011 standards. This is evidenced by the fact that the cylinder has received a Certificate of Conformity, issued by the respected in Europe Czech Trezor Test s.r.o. certification center. 

   

  4th grade of stability of the MUL-T-LOCK® CLIQ® cylinder on the Interactive®+ key platform indicates about the ability to withstand cylinder’s cracking with a help of a crowbar, sledge hammers, axes, hammers, hacksaws, chisels, a cordless drill, including hacking attempts by bumping. 

   

  MUL-T-LOCK® CLIQ® system, based on the mechanical platform of the High Security standard - Interactive®+, combines the ultrahigh mechanical resistance to an unauthorized unlocking with an efficient and flexible in management electronic access system, which controls users access rights to the certain premises that require high security. MUL-T-LOCK® CLIQ® cylinders and locks do not contain batteries, as the integrated in them electronics is powered by batteries, which are contained in the keys.   The European EN 1627:2011 standard, where are provided the requirements for burglary for door units, windows, curtain walls, shutters and grilles, was approved by CEN (European Committee for Standardization) on 2 December 2010. In accordance with EN 1627:2011 standard six classes of sustainability are defined. 1, 2 and 3 hardiness classes are designed for the level of attack, which is usually associated with the actions of a random burglar and does not involve the use of sophisticated tools. For example, attacks using physical force - knocking by shoulders or kicking with the legs, the use of simple tools - screwdrivers, hammer, mechanical tool for drilling. 4, 5 and 6 stability classes are connected to the confrontation with more experienced and professional burglars, whose actions are purposeful and are planned with the knowledge of the ways to break exact cylinder construction, and using the appropriate tools. For example, a hammer for crushing stones, powerful power tools: drill, jig saw, angle grinder, etc.
